My work as a Real Estate Professional is more than just helping people find a house to purchase or sell a house, it is a the the joy of helping transition people into or out of a home and community. I am a trusted real estate advisor assisting my clients in making good decisions. My service area is the Palouse Region of Whitman County, WA and Latah County, Idaho. As your Agent, I work with both Buyer's and Seller's and work hard to take the stress out of the process of both Buying or Selling by educating my clients about the markets, each step in their journey, and I take care of all the details involved and keep all parties to a transaction on task to make a transition as smooth as possible. I have put this to work in my everyday business and have exceeded my client's expectations consistently.  My Client's needs come first! 

My credentials include being a licensed Broker in the State of Washington and a Licensed Realtor in the State of Idaho. Licensed and practicing since 2005.
