As a first time home buyer, I had already gone through a rocky experience with another realtor that was just not "getting me". When I first met Eve, she just listened, validated my feelings, and asked all the right questions about what I was looking for. She advocated for me and the things I expected from the seller, but also kept me realistic and checked me when I was getting wild with my expectations. She also was incredible about communication (even when our cell services on both ends did not work :D). She was honest about what was going on in her life so that you knew she might be busy with her family during an event, but that she would contact you after the event. She is a true professional and knows what she is doing. I would absolutely recommend her for any person looking to buy or sell a home. I cannot speak more highly for her.
